Eight Barcelona Players Who Could Make Their El Clasico Debut Today.

Today one of the most anticipated derbies will take place, the El Clasico. The Clash between Barcelona and Real Madrid has always been one of the biggest games in the world with so many viewers. The both sides are tie in the number of wins of the derby and if either of the teams win today, it shows superiority to the other. They both have 96 wins. Due to recruitment and breakthrough of some players they might make their first appearance in the debut for Barcelona today. 1. Miralem Pjanic –

Miralem Pjanic was signed from Juventus this summer. He impressed in Barcelona’s victory over Ferencvaros in their first Champions League game of the season. The Experienced midfielder completed 92% of his attempted passes which was the best of the match. Pjanic might be called upon to make his El Clasico debut and continue his fine form.

2. Junior Firpo –

Junior Firpo joined Barcelona from Real Betis in 2018 and has made just 23 appearances for the Catalans. Currently, he is behind Sergino Dest in the pecking order. The American will sit on the bench for his first El Clasico appearance.

3. Sergino Dest –

Sergino Dest recently joined Barcelona from Ajax Amsterdam. With Jordi Alba battling with fitness after recovering from injury, Dest will play the game from start. It will be the American’s first appearance in the most viewed derby and he might remember this day negatively or positively.

4. Riqui Puig –

Barcelona head coach Ronald Koeman told Riqui Puig before the beginning of this season that his playing time will be very limited but he refused to make a move away. Today he will get his first taste of El Clasico football but might not be involved in any way.

5. Gonzalez Pedri –

Gonzalez Pedri has shown an excellent performance for Barcelona. He has earned the trust of Barcelona’s boss Ronald Koeman. The former Netherlands coach might give him some minutes in the El Clasico match to show off his abilities. Pedri could be Barcelona first substitute today. He scored in his first Champions League appearance for the Catalans.

6. Francisco Trincao –
