Regardless of how good a defender is in a football team, there are also good players who has perfected the art of winning fouls for their team. In that sense those players are usually attackers who knows how to get their body in front of an opponent in other to draw a foul in dangerous areas of the opponent.

As such, foul in professional football involves a player on the defending team, fouling another player on the opposing side in other to stop a scoring opportunity.

Three season ago, the Italian forward was one of the most sought after forwards in Europe, as such top clubs like Juventus, Milan, Chelsea and Manchester United were all reported to be linked with the forward having painted the Seria A with goals. In that sense, been among the most fouled players isn’t a surprise because he has proved to be a very difficult player to curtail for defenders in Seria A over the years.

It’s no surprise that the Verona midfielder his rank third on the list of most fouled players in the Italian league. Zaccagni earned his first call up to the Italian national team in November, but unfortunately for him the injury he picked up couldn’t allowed him make his debut.

The 25 year old his no doubt one of the rising star in the league, despite playing for a mid table team like Verona. In that sense he was voted by his peers as Seria A player of the month in November, a great feat that has linked him to almost all the top clubs in Italy and if he continue to shone out impressive display for his team he should move to a bigger team in no time.
