Highlights: Leicester 0-1 Chelsea – Barkley’s strike Gives The Blues A Spot In The FA Semi-finals

The Blues used a narrow win to secure their spot in the semi finals of the FA Cup after super sub Ross Barkley gave them the lead. He came off the bench to send Chelsea to Wembley.

Leicester City were held still in the first half at their stadium although it took a fabulous save from the Foxes keeper Kasper Schmeichel to divert Christian Pulisic powerful attempt.

Chelsea’s boss Frank Lampard was not contented with the first half result and then acted by bringing on Ross Barkley, Mateo Kovacic, and Cesar Azpilicueta at once for their academy players Reece James, Billy Gilmour and Mason Mount.

Ross Barkley scored the winner in the 63rd minutes after beating Jonny Evans and sweeping Willian’s clever cross pass Leicester keeper Kasper Schmeichel.
