Liverpool extends their wins to 15 games after beating Chelsea in stanford Bridge. The reds played excellently well and secured an early goal from a sensational free kick.

Jürgen Klopp’s side put back  their five-point lead over Manchester City . Goals from Trent Alexander-Arnold and Roberto Firmino  ensures they secured the necessary points to put them at the top of the table with a  3 point margin.

Though the game was not an easy one, as they were made to sweat by the hosts.Chelsea came back so strong in the second half  as N’Golo Kanté turned up the heat by scoring from a close range to make the score line 1-2.

In the end, Liverpool held on and were able to celebrate a rare and precious win at the home of one their big six rivals. Klopp’s side are made of stern stuff, whereas Chelsea remain a work in progress under Frank Lampard, who is still waiting for his first home win.
