Manchester United have reportedly cooled their interest in signing Jack Grealish from Aston Villa following their final day Premier League survival.
Aston Villa drew 1-1 on Sunday at West Ham United to retain their place in the top flight and in doing so it has boosted their hopes of keeping their star midfielder.
Aston Villa are now likely to command a high transfer fee of around £80 million for Grealish which led to Manchester United switching their attention mainly to Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer already had concerns over where Grealish would fit in his midfield following the exciting partnership that has built up between Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba.
However the United boss is keen to add strength to his attacking flanks and that means a likely pursuit for Sancho, although a deal with his club side Borussia Dortmund is still yet to be agreed.
