The Blues begin their 2020-21 campaign with an away trio to the Amex stadium against Brighton.
The game is expected to kick off at 8:15pm.
Frank Lampard has named a strong starting XI for the game. It’s been gathered that summer signing Kai Havertz from Bayern Leverkusen and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig makes their first debut.
Kepa has been selected ahead of Willy Caballero despite the Spanish international mistakes which cost the Blues last season.
Although, Christain Pulisic is injured along with Ben Chilwell who also joined from Leicester City.
Thaigo Silva who joined from Paris Saint-Germain is still in quarantine since he arrived from Italy.
It’s been gathered that Chelsea will be without their captain César Azpilicueta.
