Manchester City Coach has said his side would honour Liverpool on the premier league title they won after his side’s defeat at Stamford Bridge last week. Pep Guardiola believes the Reds must be applauded for putting an end to Manchester City’s dominance and he also said his players would pay tributes to the Reds in the traditional manner.
The Spaniard also revealed that Manchester City would give the current Champions of the premier league a guard of honour but the show of respect will not be a tunnel of love
Guardiola believes Jurgen Klopp’s men must be given the acclaim they deserve for ending his team’s dominance, and his players will salute the Reds in the traditional manner when they travel to the Etihad on Thursday.
Guardiola said: “We are going to do the guard of honour, of course. We will always receive Liverpool in an incredible way when they come to our house.
“So of course we are going to do this, because they deserve it.
